Precious metals in bar, ingot, and coin form; diamonds and finished jewellery; banknotes and coin; and the physical hardware associated with digital-asset custody. We also arrange vault storage, customs brokerage, and bonded warehousing for those assets.

Do you publish routes, timings, or vehicle details?

Accepted Answer

No. Operational detail is confidential by policy. Clients receive region-level milestone progress and verified custody records; the specific roads, schedules, crew rosters, and conveyance configuration are never disclosed publicly or to counterparties who do not require them.

How does the chain of custody work?

Every transfer of possession is recorded against a named individual, timestamped, and tied to a tamper-evident seal reference. Reconciliation at handover compares seals and, where applicable, verified bar lists or parcel counts against the record.

Can I track a shipment on a public map?

No. Public real-time positional tracking would itself be a security risk. Authorised clients see milestone progress and custody events through the secure portal after signing in.

Why can't I create an account myself?

Portal access is provisioned by ValorTransit administrators only. Accounts are issued to named individuals at authorised counterparties after verification, and are scoped so each party sees only the shipments and details relevant to their role.

What does a consignee see before handover?

Accepted Answer

A consignee sees that a consignment is inbound and its high-level status. Detailed route information and crew identities are withheld until the handover stage is reached, at which point the receiving party can verify the crew as part of the handover protocol.

Insurance arrangements are agreed per programme and confirmed in writing before any movement. Cover levels, terms, and declaration requirements are set out in the engagement documentation rather than advertised publicly.
