Why public tracking is not offered
A public tracking page that returns the location of a high-value consignment to anyone holding a reference number is a targeting tool. We do not build one.
Instead, each authorised party is provisioned an account scoped to their role. Consignors see the consignments they have tendered. Consignees see that a consignment is inbound, with route detail and crew identities withheld until the handover stage. Monitors see the oversight information their mandate requires.
Within the portal, status is expressed as verified custody events: seal references, milestone timestamps, region-level progress, and handover confirmation — the facts that protect the asset, rather than a moving dot on a motorway.
