Through the enquiry form we collect the name, company, email address, telephone number, city and country, area of interest, and message content you choose to provide. Through the client portal we process account identifiers, role assignment, and records of the consignments you are authorised to view.
Enquiry data is processed to respond to your request and to assess a potential engagement. Portal data is processed to operate the service, maintain chain-of-custody records, and satisfy our legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations as a secure logistics operator.
We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, on the performance of a contract where an engagement exists, and on compliance with legal obligations including record-keeping, customs, and sanctions requirements.
We share personal data only where necessary: with our own personnel on a need-to-know basis, with service providers bound by confidentiality, and with authorities where a legal obligation applies. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
