Terms of Use

These terms govern use of the ValorTransit website and the secure client portal.

Acceptance

By accessing this website or the ValorTransit client portal you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. The site is operated by ValorTransit Sp. z o.o..

Informational content

Content on the public pages is provided for general information about our services. It does not constitute an offer, a quotation, or a commitment to carry, store, or insure any asset. Engagements are governed exclusively by signed contractual documentation.

Portal access

Portal accounts are provisioned by ValorTransit administrators to named individuals. Accounts are personal, must not be shared, and may be suspended or withdrawn at any time. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You must not attempt to access data beyond your authorisation, probe or test the security of the site, scrape or bulk-extract content, interfere with service availability, or use the site for any unlawful purpose. Consignment references and portal content must not be disclosed to unauthorised parties.

Confidentiality of operational detail

Information visible in the portal — including seal references, custody records, milestones, and any crew details released at handover — is confidential. It must be used only for the purpose of the relevant consignment and must not be republished or shared outside the authorised parties.

No public tracking

The public tracking page returns no consignment data by design. Any attempt to enumerate references or otherwise obtain consignment information without authorisation is a breach of these terms and may be reported to authorities.

Intellectual property

The ValorTransit name, marks, site design, and content are owned by ValorTransit or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ValorTransit is not liable for loss arising from reliance on public website content. Liability in respect of services performed is determined solely by the applicable engagement contract.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law, and the courts of Warsaw have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to mandatory provisions of the law of your place of residence.
